When emailing the Service Desk please include as much detail as possible, including your contact details, name of the product, version number, operating system, error messages, and so on. This assist us in assessing and responding to your enquiry.

You will receive an email confirming the ticket number assigned to your query. One of our expert technical staff will be in touch with you within 48 hours (quite often within the same day).

If you have any follow-up information to send, reply to the email containing your ticket number.

If you have another query on another topic, please send a new email to the Service Desk and a separate ticket number will be assigned.
