Tickets on sale now for our spectacular 2012 Fringe show!

Following a sold out season in 2011, "The Journey Home" returns for the 2012 Fringe Festival featuring revised computer-generated imagery, as well as completely new scenes, all in full-colour 3D.

"The Journey Home" is a 3D show that takes viewers on a tour of the solar system. Using a computer-generated movie, audience members visit the planets and some of their moons, and learn about these objects - their properties, what makes them unique, why they're interesting, how we've explored them.

We also go beyond our solar system, touching briefly on the exciting and expanding area of exoplanets - planets orbiting other suns.

Viewers will gain an appreciation for the planets as real worlds in their own right - not just points of light in the night sky, but unique and fascinating places with characteristics that have surprised and amazed us as our exploration of the solar system has progressed.

"The Journey Home" is suitable for all ages. The new, expanded 40-minute film will premiere at the 2012 Fringe Festival - see the Fringe programme for details.
